Two young brothers, Edward and Alphonse Elric attempt unsuccessfully to revive their mother using the power of alchemy. In the process, the elder brother, Ed, loses a leg, and the younger brother, Al, loses his entire body. Ed manages to attach his brother’s soul to a nearby suit of armor, at the cost of his right arm.

Now, many pirates are off looking for this legendary treasure to claim the title Pirate King. One pirate, Monkey D. Luffy, is a boy who had eaten the Devil’s Fruit and gained rubber powers. Now he and his crew are off to find One Piece, while battling enemies and making new friends along the way.

The saga of Aang and his friends from Avatar: The Last Airbender continues in the new DVD release Book 3: Fire. After the The Day of Black Sun special which aired last year, the show is now well on its way in its third season. Fans anxiously await the final stretch of episodes and the raging climax of the show. This new Nickelodeon series features episodes 6-10 of the show’s third season. At this point, Aang and his friends have managed to secretly infiltrate the Fire Nation. After Azula and her crew disguised themselves as the Kiyoshi Warriors, they took the Earth Nation apart from the inside, and Aang, Sokka, Katarra, and Toph had to flee. Knowing of an impending eclipse that will leave the Fire Nation vulnerable and powerless to Fire Bending, the group decides to hide out and bide their time in the lions’ den as the ragtag remnants of the Earth and Water kingdoms prepare for their invasion to take down the tyrannical regime.
